Sunday morning youth gatherings have continued this Easter season with fellowship, music, and our study of the core truths of the Apostle’s Creed. We are also beginning to discuss one of the implications of what we believe, specifically how our faith applies to issues of global poverty. We trust that these discussions, in addition to helping us understand how the Christian community lives in the world, are helping to prepare our hearts and minds for our summer ministry trips. Sunday evenings have been spent in small groups, completing our “bas relief” art project and in detailed preparation for our summer mission trips.
